The problem we saw

AI coding tools have made it easier than ever to generate code. Founders and small businesses can spin up prototypes in hours. But there's a massive gap between a working demo and production-ready software.

We watched builders get stuck in the same cycle: generate code with AI, hit a wall, rewrite, hit another wall, and eventually either abandon the project or spend more time and money than they planned. The code worked -- the process didn't.

What was missing

The problem was never the code itself. It was everything around the code:
